1. Quotes & scope
Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and can change if the scope changes once work begins. Nothing is booked until you accept a written quote.
2. Payment
Payment terms (deposit, milestones, or on completion) are agreed per project before work starts. Custom 3D prints and hardware purchased on your behalf may require an upfront deposit for materials.
3. Installations & hardware
For smart home, camera, and PC/printer work performed on-site, you're responsible for providing safe access and accurate information about existing wiring/equipment. Third-party hardware carries its manufacturer's warranty.
4. Accounts
Keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the contact form or site.
5. Liability
We work carefully and stand behind our work, but we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party hardware, software, or services outside our control.
