These terms govern your use of the SmartMenuKJ website and client portal, operated by SmartMenuKJ, represented by Krasimir Uzun, ul. „Dzhebelska" 2, 6600 Baykal, Kardzhali, Bulgaria.

1. Services

SmartMenuKJ provides web development, 3D printing, home & business automation and SmartMenu solutions. Estimates produced by the on-site calculator are indicative only; binding prices and scope are agreed in a written offer or contract.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used unlawfully or abusively.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting the service, scraping at scale, or submitting unlawful, misleading or malicious content through our forms.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — branding, text, graphics and code — belongs to SmartMenuKJ or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Rights to project deliverables are defined in the respective client contract.

5. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SmartMenuKJ is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Bulgarian law.

6. Privacy

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

7. Changes & law
