2. What we collect
- Account details (name, email) if you register or sign in with Google.
- Contact form / quote request details (name, email, phone, message, chosen service).
- Basic, anonymous analytics (page views) — only after you accept analytics cookies.
3. How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, provide the service you asked for, manage your account, and — only with consent — understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your data.
4. Where it's stored
Account and enquiry data is stored with Google Firebase (Firestore & Authentication), which may process data outside Bulgaria under standard EU data-protection safeguards.
5. Cookies
- Essential: sign-in session, chosen language and theme, your cookie preference. Always on.
- Analytics: anonymous visit counting, only after you click “Accept all”.
You can change your choice anytime via cookie settings.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, at any time, by emailing krasimiruzun@smartmenukj.com. Account holders can also delete their own submitted requests by asking us directly.
7. Retention
Contact/quote requests are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting project, then deleted on request. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete your account.
