This policy explains how SmartMenuKJ collects, uses and protects your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Bulgarian law.
1. Who we are (Data Controller)

2. What data we collect & why
- Account data — your name, email and a securely hashed password, when you register. Purpose: to provide your client account. Legal basis: performance of a contract / your consent.
- Contact data — the name, email, phone and message you submit through the contact form. Purpose: to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: your consent / legitimate interest.
- Analytics — anonymous, aggregated page-view counts. We do not build profiles or track you across other websites. Legal basis: your consent (analytics cookies).
3. Cookies & local storage
We use the minimum necessary storage. You control non-essential cookies via the consent banner (and the "Cookie settings" link in the footer).

We do not sell your data. Data may be processed by our hosting and database providers (e.g. the site host and, where enabled, Supabase) strictly to operate this website, under appropriate data-processing terms.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email krasimiruzun@smartmenukj.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP).
